Reformer Intro

New to the reformer? Start here.

This class will guide you through the machine, the basics and everything you need to feel confident stepping into your next class. No experience needed - just come as you are.

Once you’ve completed your Intro class, you can book onto our Reformer Flow classes. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.

Reformer Jump

Reformer Jump is a fun, athletic reformer class using the jump board attachment. Expect dynamic jumps, low-impact cardio, strength work and endurance-building sequences that leave you feeling sweaty, sculpted and strong.

This class is best suited to those who feel confident on the reformer machine. Get ready to jump, pulse, sweat and feel the Cherry burn.

Reformer Flow

Build your foundations and find your Cherry flow. Reformer Flow focuses on control, alignment and strength, helping you feel more confident on the reformer with every session.

Perfect if you’ve completed an Intro class or have some experience on the machine. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.

Reformer Elevate

Reformer Elevate is a smooth, full-body workout with options to add extra challenge throughout.

Expect a steady flow, a strong burn and that signature post-class glow.

This class is best suited to those with previous reformer experience who feel confident with the fundamentals. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.

Mat

Sculpt & Burn

Sculpt & Burn is your go-to class for a deep Cherry burn. This Pilates-inspired strength class is designed to build full-body strength, endurance and control through mindful, low-impact movement.

Expect energising sequences, targeted muscle work and small equipment to intensify the burn. Suitable for mixed abilities, with modifications offered throughout. Moderate mobility is required, as you’ll need to be comfortable getting up and down from the mat.

Sculpt & Flow

Sculpt & Flow is a smooth but spicy full-body class designed to strengthen, lengthen and energise.

Blending Pilates-inspired movement with sculpt-style sequences, this class focuses on control, flow, deep core activation and that signature Cherry shake.

Equal parts graceful and fiery, you’ll leave feeling strong, empowered and ready for more.

Gentle Flow Pilates

Gentle Flow Pilates is a slower-paced class designed to strengthen, lengthen and reset. You’ll still get the signature Cherry burn, but with more time to rest, focus on control, improve mobility and move mindfully.

With supportive foundations and optional progressions throughout, you can choose the level that feels right for you. Perfect for beginners, those returning to Pilates, or anyone wanting a strong class at a slower pace.

Barre

Cherry Barre

Cherry Barre is our signature high-energy class - fun, fiery and guaranteed to bring the burn. Expect a music-led, full-body workout with barre-inspired movements, deep pulses, spicy holds and sequences that target your legs, glutes and core.

Low impact but seriously effective, this class is all about uplifting energy, addictive playlists and that shake you’ll still feel the next day.

Mummy & Baby

All the spice of our signature Cherry Barre - just with babies. Mummy & Baby Barre is a fun, welcoming class designed for mums and their pre-walking little ones. Expect 45 minutes of low-impact barre to help you feel stronger and more energised, with options to wear your baby, include them in mat work or let them relax beside you. The class finishes with 15 minutes of songs, sensory play, props and rhyme time. Come for the Cherry shake, stay for the baby cuddles.
